Your Pensionlite Client ID is the number that was sent to you by us. The format of the number is one number, hyphen followed by nine or ten further numbers
If you have lost your Pensionlite Client ID please contact us and we can send you a reminder.
At your annual review we will contact you to discuss your pensions and investments in more detail as well as discuss any changes to your personal and financial circumstances and attitude to investment risk. You can also contact us anytime through the secure client portal to inform of us any changes and to update your contact details.
